SHIPPING POLICY

Each of our candles are handcraft with you in mind. Please be patience as we craft your candle once we receive your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. This does not include shipping time. 

 

*During Holidays, this may be extended by 2-3 days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.  

 

We offer free shipping USPS shipping for all orders over $99.00.

 

We currently only ship in the USA. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds or exchanges. 

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to internal error. We are not responsible for. Lost or stolen packages. 

DAMAGED ORDERS

We do our best to pack your orders carefully but once it leaves our location, it's in the hands of the USPS. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP via email at blissfulbelleco@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. If possible, include photos of the damaged order. We will get back to you within 48 business hours with next steps.
